Spiced Slow Cooker Oatmeal

Spicy foods are said to aide weight loss. Here is one spiced breakfast meal you can have:

Ingredients

1 cup steel cut oats

4 cups water

1/2 cup half-and-half

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

1/8-1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg

1 pinch ground cloves

1/4 cup honey

Cooking Directions

Toss the first 7 ingredients together. Set it on LOW and cook the dish for 6-8 hours.

Good for 4 servings.
