Special Tuna Kabobs

They look amazing and they taste divine!

Preparation time: 30 minutes

Cooking time: 10 minutes

Servings: 16

Ingredients:

ΒΌ cup low sodium soy sauce

1 pound tuna steaks, cubed in 16 pieces

2 tablespoons rice vinegar

Black pepper to the taste

1 tablespoon sesame seeds

2 tablespoons canola oil

16 pieces pickled ginger

1 bunch watercress

Directions:

In a bowl, mix soy sauce with vinegar and tuna, toss to coat, cover bowl and keep in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Discard marinade, pat dry tuna and sprinkle it with black pepper and sesame seeds.

Heat up a pan with the oil over medium heat, add tuna pieces, cook them until they are pink in the center and browned on the outside, take them off heat and transfer them to a plate.

Thread one ginger slice on 16 skewers.

Thread one tuna cube on each of the 16 skewers.

Arrange watercress on a platter, arrange tuna kabobs on top and serve.
