That’s where food prepping in a macro conscious manner can help. I started by using measuring cups all the time for portions, then my fist/palm as a gauge, then using a Sharpie system and marking baggies with a simple black, red or green tick mark. Red for proteins, green for carbs and black for fats. Later, I would discover the color coded macro system of food containers for portion control developed by trainer Autumn Calabrese within the 21 Day Fix. I was super skeptical, but decided to try it because I have faith in this company and have been doing their programs for 10 years.
