NECK SEQUENCE

ALTERNATE NOSTRIL BREATHING

1. Sit comfortably in your chair, feet flat, spine straight.

2. Place your right thumb on the right side of your nose and gently press the nostril closed.

3. Inhale and exhale slowly through the left nostril for 1 minute.

4. Release and repeat on the left side for 1 minute.

5. Release and breathe through both nostrils. Feel the energy flow through your body giving you health and life.

NECK ROTATION

1. Sit comfortably on your chair, feet flat, spine straight, palms on your thighs.

2. Inhale as you turn your head to the left.

3. Exhale and turn your head to the right.

4. Continue this sequence as you breathe for 1 minute.
