Camel Pose

Instructions

Kneel on the mat with your legs hip-width apart

Place your hands behind your hips. The tops of your feet should be on the floor.

Bend back, and bring your hands down to hold the ankles.

Keep the thighs straight, so your hips are aligned with your knees and your back gets a good arch.

Lift your chin up so you face the wall behind you.

Remain in the pose for 30 seconds.

Come out of the pose by first releasing your hands and then straightening your back.
