Seated alternate arm raise with head turn:

Continue the previous movements, with the following variation.

As you inhale, raise your right arm and turn your head to the left (see Figure 11-4). FIGURE 11-3: Seated alternate arm raise.

As you exhale, bring your right arm and head back to the center.

As you inhale, raise the left arm and turn your head to the right.

Exhale as you return your arm and head to the starting position.

Repeat four to six times, alternating arms.
