This recipe is so simple it isn’t really a recipe at all. But when summer is here, hot and blazing, you’ll be glad you have a stack of these watermelon wedges in your freezer. They take a few minutes to assemble and, eaten straight from the freezer, they have a crunchy, almost granita-like texture. If you don’t mind sticky fingers, squeeze a little lime juice over them just before eating. It brings out the melon’s sweetness.
