Vanilla Avocado Whip

This nourishing bowl is rich in fatty acids from avocado and vanillin from vanilla, both of which help keep the skin hydrated, youthful, and protected from harmful UVB rays.

Serves 2

SMOOTHIE

½ avocado, pitted and peeled

½ cup almond milk

¼ cup protein powder

¼ cup hulled hemp seeds

2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract, or 2 vanilla beans (optional)

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

TOPPINGS

½ cup peeled, sliced banana

2 tablespoons toasted hemp seeds

2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds

Pour the smoothie into two small bowls and sprinkle each with half of the toppings and serve.
