Run/PT Warmup with Weights, PT, Run Intervals, and Swim

Warm-Up Push-Up/Pull-Up Pyramid

1 Pull-Up – Run 25 meters – 2 Push-Ups

2 Pull-Ups – Run 25 meters – 4 Push-Ups

3 Pull-Ups – Run 25 meters – 6 Push-Ups

Continue until you reach 5 Pull-Ups, 10 Push-Ups.

Repeat 5 times

Pull-Ups – max reps

Bench Press – 20 (light)

Abs of choice – 50

Burpees – 20

Lightweight Shoulder Workout

Run 20 minutes, alternating between fast and easy pace after each minute

Swim PT

Swim 500 meters at warm-up pace

Repeat 5 times

Swim 200 meters, fast

Push-Ups – 1 minute

Plank Pose – 1 minute
