100 Rep Exercises

In every exercise, you do 100 reps; after completing 100 combined reps of the below exercises, run 400 meters fast.

Burpee or Push-Up Pyramid 1-10-1 (run 25 meters in between each set)

Sit-Ups – 100

Dips – 100

Flutterkicks – 100

TRX Push-Ups – 100 OR Bench Press – 100 (at 50% body weight or 135 pounds)

Leg Levers – 100

Pull-Up/Pull-Down/Row combo – 100 reps (if you cannot do this, do 100 Pull-Ups)

Scissors – 100

Push Press/Military – 100

*Run 400 meters fast after completing 100 reps of each exercise.

*If you have to resort to an easier version of the exercise, that is fine; just keep moving.

Lightweight Shoulder

2 mile run OR bike/elliptical – 20 minute Pyramid

1500 meter swim without fins; break it up however you wish, focusing on technique/goal pace
