SHAKE WELL WITH ICE, SERVE IN TOM COLLINS GLASS, FILLING IT WITH SELTZER WATER. DECORATE WITH FRUIT.

1 JIGGER BRANDY

1 PONY WATER

1 TEASPOON POWDERED SUGAR

STIR THESE IN A 4 OZ. GLASS ABOUT FULL OF SHAVED ICE, ADD A DASH OF PORT WIHE AND SERVE.

GIN SANGAREE

1 TEASPOON POWDERED SUGAR

1 JIGGER HOLLAND GIN

DISSOLVE SUGAR IN A LITTLE WATER, STIR SUGAR AND GIN IN 4 OZ. GLASS ABOUT FULL OF SHAVED ICE, ADD TEASPOON SHERRY ON TOP.
