SPICY ROASTED CHICKPEAS

Preparation Time: 10 Minutes

INGREDIENTS:

½ tsp. Cumin

2 × 15 oz. Chickpeas

¼ tsp. Cayenne Pepper

¼ cup Olive Oil

½ tsp. Onion Powder

1 tsp. Sea Salt

¾ tsp. Garlic Powder

½ tsp. Chili Powder

¾ tsp. Paprika

Sea Salt, as needed

COOKING INSTRUCTION:

Preheat the oven to 425 ˚ F.

After that, put the chickpeas in a strainer lined with a paper towel and allow to dry for 10 to 15 minutes.

Then, transfer the chickpeas onto a baking paper-lined baking sheet and then spoon some olive oil over it.

Coat the chickpeas with the oil. Sprinkle a dash of salt over it.

Now, put the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 23 to 25

minutes tossing them every 5 minutes or until they are golden brown.

Once they have become crispy, remove the sheet from the oven.

Next, mix all the remaining seasoning ingredients in another bowl until combined well.

Finally, stir the chickpeas into this mixture and toss well.

Serve immediately.
