7.A crying Loli is thy responsibility

A loli’s tears are precious. They must only be seen to enhance the cuteness of a loli and never brought out through pain and suffering. We as the defenders of Loliism, must make sure a loli’s tears are neither wasted nor created by thee. When a loli is crying, it is our responsibility to comfort and care for the loli at hand, even if they are not our lolis. Determining the source of the tears and making sure no one sees her in this state is crucial. We have a duty and responsibility to help out when possible. We must also bring punishment to those who upsets any lolis and they shall be punished as the CLD sees fit.

When a loli is crying and running away in your general vicinity, you must chase after the loli and determine her location to. It is important that when you are able to catch the loli you can provide comfort and care to any of her needs. Such circumstances apply to both the loli’s in thy possession and the lolis of others. We must not turn a blind eye to our fellow brothers and sisters. We must help one another to protect these precious beings from being in such a state of sadness and distress. Actions of mistreatment towards lolis will be tried in Loli Courts of Justice. If found guilty of drawing tears of pain and suffering from a loli there will be a minimum sentence of six years of solitary confinement. When a lost loli is found, comfort them and contact their lolicon through the Loli Directory in which all Lolicon members register their respective loli. An owner in distress due to the disappearance of their loli, will be highlighted purple within the directory. If no owners are found in the Directory, one may assume it is a stray and may approach the loli as you see fit. If one does not want to personally assume this role you MUST contact the Loli Protection Services immediately through the Loli Directory. Intentionally ignoring a loli in need is an offense that shall lead to punishments determined by the CLD.

If you are the cause of a crying loli through intentional means of (but not limited to) physical, sexual and mental abuse, you shall be tried in the Courts of Justice and will be classified under treason, misdemeanors or abuse. Punishments include torture, solitary confinement, death, extreme death and super death. Exemptions may only be requested and approved by the Council of Loli Determinants or the Courts of Justice. Accidental happenings of causing a loli to cry is not punishable if and only if, they try to fix the issue. If you turn a blind eye, it is classified as ignorance and is punishable through the repossession power of the Loli Protection Service.

Remember, it is your duty as a Lolicon to help lolis and fellow Lolicons alike who need help. We have a social responsibility to never make a loli cry and we must always help other lolis when they are clearly in distress.
