Ingredient List:

1 package (8 ounces or 227 g) of silken or soft tofu

1 cooked sweet potato

1 Tablespoon mayonnaise

1 Tablespoon sour cream

½ teaspoon chili powder

Pinch of garlic salt

Black pepper

Sub bread, Kaiser roll, or your favorite sandwich bread

Sliced tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, shredded Iceberg lettuce, sliced provolone cheese

Instructions:

The first step is to get the tofu ready.

Remove the tofu from the package, drain all the extra soy milk, and pat the tofu dry with a paper towel. Set it aside.

Cook the sweet potato in the microwave. Then, peel and remove the inside and place in a bowl.

Add the tofu to the potato and mash together.

Add all the other ingredients and combine.

Spread this mixture on your sandwich bread and add the toppings of your choice.
