A. Front Leg Extensions

Set Up

Sling at mid thigh. Lower handles at mid-shin.

Execution

Standing under POS, place right foot in sling and holding upper handles, extend leg.

Gently lean into the stretch while pulling down on upper handles.

Focus on lifting the chest and keeping both legs straight and back heel on the floor.

Continue to next pose or switch legs.
