Ingredients

•150g/5oz carrots

•125g/4oz strawberries

•250ml/1 cup unsweetened almond milk

•1 tbsp almonds

•Water

Method

1Rinse the ingredients well.

2Top & tail the carrots, no need to peel. Nip any green tops off the strawberries.

3Add the carrots, strawberries, almond milk & ground almonds to the NUTRiBULLET tall cup. Make sure the ingredients do not go past the MAX line on your machine.

4Add a little water if needed to take it up to the MAX line.

5Twist on the NUTRiBULLET blade and blend until smooth.

CHEF’S NOTE

Almonds are a good source of Vitamin E.
