Suddenly they are spending a few moments contemplating topics like password security, tailgating, secure document destruction, incident reporting, and more.

That kind of cognitive activity has been shown to influence ideas and behavior to such a degree that psychologists struggle to create surveys and experiments without influencing the mind of their subject. Thankfully, from a security perspective, our focus is to influence their minds and shape their behavior. When deployed purposefully, there are nearly limitless avenues to help drive security awareness, behavior, and culture.
