But there was another one, a really wild theory. It is not in vain that the names of the people who presented it many years ago were not known to anyone, and all the present-day followers acted only anonymously when they tried to spread it.

The essence of the theory was that it took the idea of the heretic branch of science as a postulate. That is the presence of the infinite lava ocean beyond the World Sphere borders. So, there is the lava ocean. A tiny speck of dust of the World Sphere is being shoved here and there by the currents in it and is going with the waves. Its diamond shell which is fragile in essence but still fairly reliable protects it from overheating and deformations. By the way, the diamond shell surely consists not from common diamonds but from super-diamonds. The fact that the science has not managed to get any samples of this super-diamond alloy in its coarse hands means nothing. After all, none of the Great Dry Land states set up a constant geological survey service on the volcanic islands. No one screens and sifts the lava flowing from the depth in real time operation mode. And because of that it cannot be ruled out that some micro-pieces of the super-diamond layer are already present among the millions of tons of melted rocks thrown out by volcanoes. OK, the essence of the theory is not the composition of the World's diamond protection.

The essence is that the lava ocean around is infinite. And it follows from that...

In principle, even in case of the established world view, there were heretic allowances as to anomalies similar to the World Sphere which can be sooner or later found in the infinite, surrounding solid expanses. That is some emptiness impregnations or inclusions in the boundless, solid space. This false “world spheres” have no life-giving World Light inside them and because of that they are certainly dead. And nevertheless there may be air and water, no matter if they are frozen because of the lack of Light. And then had there been some scientific “rays” capable to pierce the solid expanses of space, it could have been possible to find those hollows by acoustic methods. And in some time, in millions of years, when the equipment and technologies become really highly developed, some driving combine machines will possibly be created which will be able to cut through the solid expanses to any depth. It cannot be ruled out that in millions years more, after grinding off thousands and thousands teeth of rock drilling equipment, they will even get to those uninhabited, so to say, “false world spheres”. It is clear that those histories “from the future” could not have anything common with science, and were suitable for children's horror stories only. However, because of the prohibition to spread them they were not suitable even for them.

And when that foolish hypothesis was added to the less foolish but still strange theory of the liquid lava space, they jointly made a really grim cocktail.
