How do you get into this pose?
Come down to the floor with your legs out in front of you.
Bring your arms behind you and press your palms into the floor for support.
Lean slightly back.
Bend your knees and bring your legs off the floor.
Balance on your tailbone.
Try to straighten your legs; if you can’t, it’s no big deal—just keep your knees bent for now.
Bring your arms alongside the outside of your legs.
Hold for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
