Advanced Core Circuit

Interval circuit #3 targets various sections within the core. I'd recommend performing it ONLY if you're confident that your muscles have progressed from interval circuit #2. Feel free to execute this routine two to three times per week. It shouldn't take longer than 15 minutes to finish the routine.

This circuit includes the following exercises:

1) Sit ups – 20 reps

2) Butt-ups – 15 reps

3) Russian twists – 20 reps

4) Crunchy frogs – 20 reps

5) Mountain climbers – 30 reps

Rest for 60 seconds, then repeat the circuit.
