One 20-ounce bag frozen butternut squash

2¼ cups all-natural chicken broth or vegetable broth

2 cups frozen carrots

½ cup orange juice

1 tablespoon pure maple syrup

½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

½ teaspoon garlic powder

¼ teaspoon ground ginger

Pinch ground cloves

½ cup reduced-fat sour cream

½ cup seasoned croutons

Combine the butternut squash, broth, carrots, orange juice, maple syrup, cinnamon, garlic powder, ginger, and cloves in a large saucepan or Dutch oven and stir. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer, covered, until the carrots are tender, 15 to 20 minutes.
