42.Jack Daniel's Honey Mustard Chicken

INGREDIENTS

● 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

● ½ cup Jack Daniel's whiskey

● ¼ cup honey

● ¼ cup Dijon mustard

● ¼ cup mayonnaise

● 2 cloves garlic, minced

● 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

● Salt and black pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

a) In a mixing bowl, whisk together Jack Daniel's whiskey, honey, Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.

b) Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them.

c) Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

d) Preheat a grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat.

e) Remove the chicken breasts from the marinade and discard the remaining marinade.

f) Grill the chicken breasts for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.

g) Serve hot with additional sauce.
