Pumpkin Leaves

Pumpkin leaves are a great source of vitamins C and B6, folate, calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, copper, manganese, protein, and omega-3 fatty acids. Dark green pumpkin leaves contain a large amount of vitamin A, which is vital for proper growth, healthy eyes, and strong immunity.

Purslane (Portulaca)

Purslane contains more omega-3 fatty acids than some fish oils. The consumption of natural vegetables and fruits rich in vitamin A has been known to help protect from lung and oral-cavity cancers. Purslane is also a rich source of vitamin C, some B vitamins (B2, B3, B6), and carotenoids as well as dietary minerals such as iron, magnesium, calcium, potassium, and manganese.
