Our text scripture above said, “I’m whistling, laughing, and jumping for joy; I’m singing your song, High God.” How about it? Whistle! Laugh! Jump! Sing! God will come on the scene and “set everything right”!

45 THROUGH AND THROUGH

I find that I’m safe and warm in Your loving arms.

You see me and You know me.

And You love me through and through.*

A young woman on our praise and worship team at World Outreach Church spontaneously sang the song above in a service one night, and the words really touched my heart. The message is simple but profound. God sees you. He knows you. He loves you.

Even when you feel all alone, God sees you exactly where you are. He promised He would never leave you or forsake you, and His ear is ever open to your cry. He never tells you to make an appointment or tells you, “Come back later. I’m too busy. I don’t have time for you.” God is available 24/7; He doesn’t even sleep. In fact, no matter what you’re facing, He’s right in the middle of the situation with you, ready to lead you out to victory. He sees you.

God also knows you. No one knows you better, and no one else knows the plans He has to bless you and prosper you. Jeremiah 29:11 says, “For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope” (NLT).

Most of all, God also loves you through and through. No one knows you better, and no one loves you more. When you love somebody, you’ll go out of your way for them. God went out of His way for us when He sent Jesus to die for us so that we might live eternally. Before you were even born again, God loved you so much that He gave up His only Son for you. He knew that in doing so He would reap many sons and daughters.

Don’t ever wonder again, Does God really love me and care what I’m going through? He sees you. He knows you. He loves you through and through. He knows the questions and struggles you have. He knows the fears that try to grip you. He knows it all, but nothing can stand in comparison to His love for you that knows no limits or end. His love for you never fails. He never gives up on you.

Think about it. He sees us, but He still doesn’t give up on us. He knows us, but He still doesn’t give up on us. He loves us, but He still doesn’t give up on us. Spend time with Him, and He’ll make you feel warm and safe.
