This smoothie is sweet, slightly spicy, and delightfully decadent.

Each serving has:

173 calories

4 g fiber 36 g carbohydrates

2 g protein 3 g fat

2 medium bananas, peeled and roughly chopped

2 cups unsweetened almond milk

1⁄2 tsp. ground turmeric

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1. In a blender, combine bananas, almond milk, ground turmeric, and vanilla extract, and blend until smooth.

2. Divide between 2 glasses, and serve.
