1 liter gold rum
½ teaspoon allspice
1 quart apple cider
3 cinnamon sticks
3 teaspoons butter
Heat all ingredients together in a saucepan. Pour into warmed mugs.

12 ounces Passionola or passion fruit nectar
1 quart lemon juice
1½ pints orange juice
6 ounces grenadine
Chill all ingredients beforehand. After mixing well, pour over a block of ice in a large punch bowl.
