How to Cook:

1. Sprinkle the steaks with salt and cayenne.

2. Add the olive oil and butter together in a medium-sized non-stick skillet. Heat over the medium-high heat until the butter is melted; whisk together.

3. Add the peppercorns and cook them in the butter mixture for about 5 minutes or until soft.

4. Place the tuna in the pan and cook for about 1 ½ minutes per side for rare steaks, slightly longer for medium-rare.

5. Slice, serve, and enjoy.
