Ingredients:
200 g beef
1 onion
2 teaspoons coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon paprika powder
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
1/3 teaspoon caraway seeds
1 clove of garlic
2 tablespoons tomato paste
200 ml water
1 teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese for sprinkling
Preparation:
Wash the beef, pat dry and cut into cubes.
Peel and dice the onion.
Drain the oil in a pan and briefly roast the onion cubes in it.
Add the meat, mix and fry for a few minutes. Season to taste with salt and spices.
Pour in water and cook covered over low heat for about 40 minutes.
Peel, press and add the garlic.
Add tomato paste and stir well. If too much liquid has evaporated, add some more water.
Let cook for another 10 minutes.
Sprinkle the goulash with parmesan cheese.
