A surprisingly sweet easy and hearty soup for energy and detoxifying the body.

1 (32-ounce) container vegetable broth

4 cups filtered water

16 ounces fresh or frozen okra, cut into bite-size pieces

16 ounces baby carrots, peeled

3 beets, peeled and sliced

1 large Hawaiian sweet onion, peeled and sliced lengthwise

1 bunch beet greens, cleaned and chopped

1 tablespoon hemp seed oil or extra-virgin olive oil, for garnish

1 tablespoon hemp seeds, for garnish

Yield: 5 (16-ounce) servings
