KABBALAH as LOGIC

When a reclusive Lithuanian luminary visited Amsterdam, he stayed at the house of a prominent member of the local Jewish community. In an attempt to minimize imposition, he decided to hide his identity, pretending to be a common traveler of no importance. Word, however, traveled with him, and on his last day in the city, his host realized who he was. With fear and trembling, he asked the luminary if everything had been to his satisfaction, and if he could point out any errors or transgressions on his part. The great luminary thought for a moment, then said that he had noticed that his host was in the habit of making a cup of coffee for his wife each morning. Worried, the host asked if there was anything wrong with that. “Yes,” the luminary said. “Make another cup of coffee, sit down with your wife, and spend the morning together.”
