Turn 180 degrees to the right. With the right foot make a step forward and move most of the body weight on it. Make a sweeping movement with the right hand downwards – to the left. At the same time with the left palm, make a direct pushing punch forwards at the chest level. Gaze is directed at the left hand (Fig.48-50).
16. Catch the bird’s tail
(phase of smoth movements)
Move most of the body weight on the backward left leg. Move the left hand in an arc to the left - down and forward and stop it in a straight position, the hand is at the level of the abdomen. Take your left hand in an arc back and up. Then, put the left hand to the right wrist. Make a half step with the right foot forwards and move most of the body weight on it. With the push of the left palm move both hands forwards. The right arm is straight. The left hand is near the inner side of the right elbow bend. Turn to the right the upper part of the body. Then move the body back and to the left. Hands follow the movement of the body and move in an arc to the right - back and to the left. Move most of the body weight on the right leg and on the forward right leg and move the body forwards. Make the pushing forward movement with the right palm (Fig.51-57).
