POSTURE 33A

This posture repeats Posture 32, Fair Lady Works at Shuttles, Right, but because the direction is different a full explanation is given. Following the preceding posture, draw back and shift almost all your weight to your left foot. At the same time, turn your left palm upward and put it under your right elbow. Step two inches to the southwest with your right foot and put it down still facing northwest (Photo 97). Shift most of your weight to your right foot. Next, turn 90° to your left (southwest) and step in that direction with your left foot. Shift 70 percent of your weight forward to your left foot as your left hand glides up your right forearm and ends by protecting the forehead, the palm out. Your right hand then pushes forward, its impetus enhanced by the stretching of your right leg (98).
