Serves 4

small meringues

x 8, packaged

heavy cream

¾ cup

powdered sugar

1 tablespoon

bananas, sliced

x 2

caramel sauce

4 tablespoons

chocolate

4 tablespoons

Coarsely chop the meringues and set aside. In a large bowl, firmly whip the cream while very cold, slowly adding in the powdered sugar.

Fill 4 small bowls with the banana slices, chopped meringues, whipped cream, and caramel sauce. Grate the chocolate on top and sprinkle with pecans, if desired.
