1 RED CHILE PEPPER, SLICED
2½ OUNCES WHITE WINE
1 OUNCE VODKA OR JALAPEÑO-INFUSED VODKA (SEE RECIPE)
1 OUNCE TRIPLE SEC
½ OUNCE LIME JUICE
⅓ OUNCE ELDERFLOWER CORDIAL
½ OUNCE CRANBERRY JUICE
1 TEASPOON DICED CUCUMBER
LEMON-LIME SODA
In a tall glass, muddle the chile pepper. Add a scoop of ice. Stir in the wine, vodka, triple sec, lime juice, elderflower cordial, cranberry juice, and cucumber. Top up the glass with lemon-lime soda.
