Drinking & Entertainment

Plaza de Cañadío is home to several bares de copas, where you can enjoy an outdoor beer in the evening as well as cocktails, spirits and wine till the early hours. These and numerous similar establishments along Calles de Daoíz y Velarde and Hernán Cortés generally go on well after midnight.

The neighbourhood of Calle de Santa Lucía, Calle del Sol and Calle del Río de la Pila teems with a more bohemian and teenage bevy of bars, most staying open until 3am or 4am. Wander around and you’ll likely run across a couple with music and atmosphere to your liking.
