The Turkish Get Up
This is a brutal exercise.
Essentially, you must rise from a prone position to a standing position, while keeping the kettlebell raised above your head the entire time.
Then you go back down. That's one rep.
These will turn you into a beast. Do them.

The Snatch
This is an explosive exercise that I personally feel is superior to the swing.
Still, beginners may find it difficult to do because it does require some coordination.
You need to learn how to do the left. Its not about pure strength.
The kettlebell snatch is a one-handed exercise, meaning that you will do less reps than if you were to do the swing.
Learn the snatch and do it.
