2 oz. rye

½ oz. peach schnapps

½ oz. freshly squeezed orange juice

Splash of freshly squeezed lemon juice

½ oz. clover honey

1 orange wedge, for garnish

1  Pour the rye, peach schnapps, orange juice, lemon juice, and clover honey into a cocktail shaker with ice.

2 Shake well for 15 to 20 seconds, and pour into a chilled martini glass.

3 Garnish with an orange wedge.
