Directions:
Mix all crust ingredients in a blender to make a smooth mixture and add some water.
Press this mixture in the tart shells (with detachable bottoms). Distribute the mixture equally against the bottom and side of the shell.
Put the tart shells in the dehydrator for 4 to 5 hours.
Slowly remove this shell from mold and put it back on your hydrated tray lined with screen. Dehydrate for 8 to 10 hours to make it crispy and dry.
Filling:
Take high speed blender and combine oil, water and coconut meat with Irish moss to make a smooth mixture.
Process water, salt, yeast, lemon juice and nuts in a food processor. Make a fluffy mixture and add basil leaves. Pulse again for a few seconds.
Use large mixing bowl and slowly fold coconut blend in the ricotta nut along with chopped olives and sundried tomatoes.
Pour this filling in the crust. Dehydrate at 115°F for nearly 6 hours. Put in the fridge for one night.
You can dehydrate slices of fresh tomatoes and garnish the tart with these tomatoes. Put the dry side of tomatoes downward for the remaining 2 hours of the tart’s dehydration time.
