Lie on your back on the floor.
Bend your knees and place your feet flat on the floor, with your heels one to two feet away from your buttocks.
Tilt your pelvis up slightly, so that the small of your back presses against the floor.
Spread your thumbs and index fingers apart to make a V with each hand.
Bring both hands up to the front of your neck, palms down, with one palm resting on the back of the other hand. No, you aren’t going to choke yourself! Your hands become a chin rest in front of your neck. Gently touch your chin against the top hand and hold that position.
