On your inhale, bring your entire body back to centre, facing forward. On the next exhalation, pivot on your feet to turn left and repeat the movement. Explore different speeds as you pivot from side to side. Use your gaze to keep you steady. Setting your gaze on a point on the horizon will help you to maintain your balance. Stay aware of your contact with the ground through the movement of your feet, but also be aware of the distance and space ahead of you.
This exercise taps into the qualities of perspective, change, momentum and assertion, all of which relate to the Liver and Gallbladder. To make the most of this exercise, remember to keep the movement of the arms at the level of your liver and gallbladder.
