STRENGTH GOAL
Two sets of 12â15 reps to moderate fatigue with symmetry of strength (right and left arms fatigue at the same rate)
SELF-TEST INSTRUCTIONS
While lying and holding dumbbells above you, as shown, slowly lower your arms until dumbbells are chest levelâso the elbows drop low and you feel a stretch in the chest.
Return your arms to the vertical position and repeat until moderate high fatigue is felt (when you stop you should feel you could still do 3â4 more reps).
