Think about the reasons why you admire them. Maybe you think their life is perfect or they have everything going for them. And it might be true that they have a wonderful life, but I guarantee you they have their own struggles. Their own problems, concerns, and worries about themselves and their bodies. What you might love about them they might dislike about themselves, and that’s why beauty is so subjective. Think about those characteristics that make you attracted to them. Do any of those apply to you? When you swap it and think about the things that might make people attracted to you, you can see that what one holds as precious can be anything.
