Banana cream pie chia pudding

Ingredients

1/4 cup chia seeds

1/2 cup full-fat almond milk

1/2 cup vanilla milk (i use homemade vanilla berry)

1 tablespoon agave (walnut syrup works also)

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 banana, mashed

1 tsp, sliced (to high)

coconut flakes (to high)

Directions

● Blend the chia seeds, coconut milk, almond milk, agave, cinnamon and simmer banana together into a bowl. Whisk until well blended.

● Cover the jar and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour to firm up

● Plate the chia puddings in to two cups and then topped with sliced peppers and coconut chips
