2 Inhale as you lift the right arm and the hips and straighten the legs to lift the hips toward the ceiling and bring the head and right arm down. Balance on the left hand, left foot, and right toes. Your body will form an upside-down V with the hips in the air.
3 Exhale as you lower the hips to the mat. Return to the start position by bending your knees and sitting down. Repeat three to five times. Switch sides and repeat three to five times.
