Figure 10.4: The purpose of this type of photo is to have a record of two people at an event together. In these photos, which we all take, both parties stand side by side and look straight at the camera. To bring more interaction to this type of photo, I placed the pair very close with their hands touching and their heads together. This brings some interaction to an otherwise standard, insignificant pose.

Figure 10.5: This photo illustrates the core message of this chapter. To bring more interaction between the bride and her mother, I asked the mother to close her eyes and gently lean her forehead on the side of her daughter’s head and, once there, to breathe in. However, I asked the bride to continue looking at the camera. This was my mistake.
