UPPER LEGS

30GROIN SQUAT Stand close enough to a wall to lean against it. Using the wall to support your back, slowly assume a squat position. Heels slightly apart, toes pointing slightly out, knees above your big toes. Hold onto your toes and position your arms so that your elbows are touching the inside of your knees. Bend forward slightly and carefully push out with your elbows. Do not do this stretch if you have a knee injury or condition that prevents extreme flexion.

UPPER LEGS

31STANDING GROIN Stand with your feet a little wider than your shoulders, hands on hips. Slowly shift your weight to the left, bending the left knee and keeping the right leg straight. At the peak of the stretch, the inside part of your right foot will be in contact with the ground. Repeat to the opposite side. This stretch is similar to Stretch #5, but for a different area of the body.
