CHAPTER SUMMARY
Parenting is the hardest job you will ever love. The key to successful parenting is consistency, which I forgot to include in the chapter proper, but am glad I have the opportunity to put in the summary. Oh, and another thing. You and your spouse have to present a united front. Resolve any differences in philosophy away from the children. If, for example, one parent is prejudiced against certain minorities, you will have to decide as a couple whether to both tell racist jokes in front of them or to avoid racist jokes altogether. And remember, there are no right answers.
