30-Day Workout - Maintaining the Weight Loss Using Kettle Bells

Kettle bell workouts are slightly different to free-weight workouts in terms of how you perform a move, although you can replace a kettle bell in some moves with a heavy book or bag of potatoes. So if you're keen to try this out, you should commit to purchasing at least 1 kettle bell.

I personally only use 3 weights – a 17.6 lb (8kg), 35.2 lb (16kg) and 44 lb (20kg), but you could get away with just 1 easily, particularly if you use a heavy book or bag of potatoes instead.
