X PULL DOWN

10 REPS

• With an exercise band attached to a pull-up bar, cross them and hold them with your arms extended at shoulder height.

• Pull both hands quickly down to the hips, and then bring them back up to the start position.

TUESDAY

DAILY WARM-UP

MOVEMENT SERIES

SINGLE-LEGGED HURDLES

3 REPS EACH LEG

• Place five mini hurdles one yard apart.

• Run over them with one foot landing between the hurdles on each step.

BOX DRILL WITH CONES

• Place four cones in a square, 5 yards apart.

• Sprint from cone A to cone B.

• Turn to the side and shuffle to cone C.

• Turn and run backward to cone D.

• Turn and sprint back to cone A.

• Then turn and go the other way, sprinting from A to D, etc.
