3. CHAIR SIDE BEND
Sit tall and lean to your right side. To go deeper try clasping the top wrist and side bending further. Repeat on the other side. Hold for 10 seconds.
4. CHAIR SEATED TWIST
Hold onto the left side of your chair and rotate your torso to the left in sections: lower back, mid back and shoulders and your head. Repeat on the other side. Hold for 20 seconds.
5. 90-DEGREE CHAIR STRETCH
Stand behind the chair and place your hands on the top of the chair, shoulder-width apart. Walk back until you fold forward. Try not to round your back. To exit, walk forwards, bend your knees, draw your abdomen in and rise up to standing. Hold for 20 seconds.
